Most houses are unique so we charge per pane. A pane is generally not what you would consider “a window”. Residential windows usually have two panes per each window. It’s always best to call for an accurate estimate.

Our exterior window cleaning price includes:

• Hard water removal

  • this includes paint, cement, stickers, anything (except tint)

• Streak-less finish on glass

• Dirt removal from glass and exterior track

• Screen cleaning—not simple brush—many companies will simply brush off the screen or rub the dirt around with some water. We can guarantee a like new looking screen (and even offer mesh replacement if necessary).

Our interior window cleaning price includes:

• Grime removal

• Streak-less finish on glass

• Full window track detail

WARNING: Our cleaning is so good that a bird may fly into your window thinking it’s open. It’s happened on multiple occasions a day or so after a finished job. Joking aside, if it does happen, we will come and clean that window, no charge.
